A tremendously ornately feather'd and flower'd early Victorian (maybe even Georgian) devotional cross of Pinchbeck on a later long 'link in link' chain with attached swivel dog clip. All has been brightly gilded in 18ct Gold to bring it back to its original glow. This most wonderful piece would have inspired piety and shewn a level of private worship, most likely being worn in the fashion of the time tucked into the waistband.
The chain measures 32 inches and so could be doubled (for a really dramatic look). The cross itself measures 3 inches by two.
